Flight Mitra uses Google Sign-In as its only authentication method. When you sign in, we collect the following data from your Google account:

Name

Your full name as stored in your Google account.

Email address

Your Google email address, used to create and identify your account.

We do not collect your Google password, and we do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In short

In short: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We use them to create your account, identify you in the app and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Linukup Tech ("Linukup", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2.Sign in with Google

Our only sign-in method is Google. When you choose "Sign in with Google", Google asks your permission to share your name and email address with us. You can review or withdraw this permission at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not transfer this data to third parties except as needed to provide the service, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.

3.How we use it

  • •To create your account and let you sign in.
  • •To show your name on your profile and anywhere the app attributes activity to you.
  • •To send you service email: sign-in confirmations, security alerts, and notices about changes to the service or this policy.
  • •To respond when you contact us for support.
  • •To detect abuse, debug problems and keep the service secure.

We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.

Legal basis

We process your name and email because they are necessary to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract) and, for security and abuse prevention, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service safe. Where law requires consent, we rely on the consent you give at sign-in.

4.Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Flight Mitra, and only to the extent they need it:

  • •Google, as the identity provider for sign-in.
  • •Hosting and database providers that store the service's data.
  • •Email delivery providers that send account email on our behalf.

These providers act under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public. If Linukup is acquired or merges with another company, your data may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

We never sell personal data.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your name, email and account ID for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove this data within 30 days, except for records we must keep to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6.Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to staff who need it to operate the service. Sign-in tokens from Google are stored encrypted and are never written to logs. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

7.Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • •Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • •Correct your name by updating it in your Google account; we sync it on your next sign-in.
  • •Delete your account and the data we hold, from the account settings page or by emailing us.
  • •Export a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • •Object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To exercise any of these, write to the address in section 11. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in India, you also have the rights set out in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and may escalate unresolved complaints to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

8.Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal data beyond an opaque session identifier and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9.Children

Flight Mitra is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will email you at your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version began to apply.
